Our hotel customized and hand made gluten free dishes are prepared in a dedicated gluten free kitchen to adhere to the regulation and standards of the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) which our hotel is the very first member in Misano Adriatico starting 2012.
From this year all our dishes will be prepared also without lactose.
